To become one of the most innovative providers of high quality, coordinated outpatient mental health, alcohol and other drug treatment, prevention and early intervention services in the State of New York. These services will be provided in collaboration with other Seneca County community partners in order to ensure maximum effectiveness. All services provided to the residents of Seneca County will be delivered in a cost-effective manner, without regard to race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, ability, appearance or economic status.
